At Sids Art World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, the following policy applies.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.

Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Original handmade paintings
  • Customized artwork
  • Personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of:
    • Product damage
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Approval: 2–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error or product damage, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
